You were the good daughter, the good wife, the good mother, the good friend. You kept the peace, held it together, and made sure everyone else was okay. And somewhere along the way, your own life went on hold.
From the outside, it looks like it's working. On the inside, you sense a fuller, truer version of yourself just out of reach — and you're not sure how to close the distance.
Maybe you've already done real work: therapy, books, retreats, years of questioning a faith, a family role, or an achievement story that once organized everything. It helped. And still, the knowing hasn't fully landed in your heart or been lived through your body.
Maybe you're surrounded by people and still hungry for a place where you don't have to perform — where you can be fully seen, including your grief, your fire, your desire, and your bigness.
We know this place, because we've lived it too.
What we've learned is that more insight alone won't finish what that work started. What's needed now is capacity: a bigger vessel that can hold more of your aliveness. And capacity grows through practice, in relationship, with other women walking a similar stretch of road.

You are unfolding — letting an older version of yourself die so something new can be born.
Heart Song is an intimate circle for that becoming. Over six months, you will examine the map you were handed and the stories you’ve been given. But the map is not the territory. Together we’ll traverse the terrain, journeying inward to meet what’s been hidden or left behind, reclaim your wholeness, and emerge into your life with the capacities that allow you to discover what wants to move through you now.
This isn't a lecture series or a typical master class. The women beside you are part of how the work happens.
Something in you is ready. Will you join us?

You've spent years managing everyone else's comfort while your own life waits.
You've done real work, and insight alone has hit a ceiling.
You know (or almost know) what you want, but the knowing hasn't landed in your body.
You're renegotiating a role, an identity, or a faith — and finding out who you are underneath it.
You long for a circle of women where you can be witnessed and held, not perform.
You can almost see who you could become, and dreaming it out loud still feels tender.
“Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
Here’s the approach
Relationship is the framework. Rather than a top-down course, Heart Song is built around the group itself. In both large and small groups, you will practice seeing and being seen, speaking and listening, and staying connected to yourself while making space for others.
Cultivating capacity, not just more insight. You may already understand your patterns. Here you build the capacity to feel, to tolerate, to receive, and to hold more of your own aliveness.
All of life is path. We bring frameworks and practices to what you're actually living, not a syllabus you have to fit yourself into.
Embodied, even online. Every session opens and closes with movement, breath, sound, or ritual. The body is how you learn to hear yourself.
Nothing left behind. The achiever, the caretaker, the good girl — each did real work to bring you where you are today. Rather than discard them, we honor what they built and bring them along as you widen your circle.
Drawn from deep wells. The Heroine's Journey, the archetypal and dark feminine, meditation and mindfulness, somatic and parts work, poetry, and music — each offered at the moment it serves you.
Held by two. Co-led by a trauma therapist and a meditation teacher and coach who have been friends for more than fifteen years. Insight and embodiment, held together.
